Why ARCH Leaves Out Arrests
ARCH is an Arkansas repository search, not a Clay County arrest log. It can return Arkansas felony and misdemeanor convictions, open Arkansas felony arrests less than three years old, and sex-offender registration status or requirement. It does not show juvenile records, dismissed arrests, unresolved misdemeanor arrests, felony arrests older than three years, not-guilty charges, active warrants, sealed records, pardons, out-of-state history, federal history, traffic history, un-fingerprinted arrests, or driver-license history.
