Corning matters for more than local history. The county homepage says Corning was the first county seat, and the current court structure keeps Corning as a real court access point. A person who assumes every Clay County felony record is handled in Piggott can waste time. Use the online case court field, the notice, or the clerk's guidance to choose the right location.

Search ARCourts can still be useful, but a missing circuit result does not mean no lower-level record exists. Use the city or venue tied to the incident, ticket, or notice.
